In view of the worsening human rights violations in the Philippines where Ilocos region is not a far exemption, the idea of reaching more people and going online has came up.

Now, IHRA's reach will not only be limited to the people of Ilocos but everyone else using the Internet.

And in such, more people will come to realize the need to protect and assert our rights against a regime that has an unwritten policy to silence everyone who goes against her will.
